7 June 2018 – Marine and offshore engineering consultancy Aqualis Offshore has appointed Mark McNeil Cassidy as country manager in Qatar.
Mark McNeil Cassidy is a master mariner with 31 years’ seagoing experience, 24 years of which have been in the offshore oil and gas industry and five years in shore-based consultancy.
Mark Cassidy joins Aqualis Offshore from a role with Global Maritime in Egypt. He has previously held positions as principal surveyor with DNVGL in Doha, Qatar, and was master with Gulf Offshore North Sea Limited for nine years.
Mark Cassidy will head up Aqualis Offshore’s office in Doha, Qatar, reporting to regional director Middle East, Ben Lazenby.
